Bible, all the rest are mere concordances, with a lot of terminology. After I have sold enough houses. I hope I could be

the financial hole in which I found myself after my divorce. Now I am using this information to build a college tuition

I found the book Wholesaling Hou$es to be extremely useful. More important that what I need to do to make
money is what I need to *not* do. Just knowing the difference between someone who wants to sell vs. the person
who *needs* to sell is likely to save me hundreds of hours of wasted time.
Another thing I found quite useful is how to learn from your attorney, but not pay the lawyer and endless stream
of (my) money to get things done.
I could go on and on about the tips and tools that I found useful, but I'm too interested in putting my new toolbox
to use in the field.
Finally, the book makes it clear that this business not only helps me, but by helping myself, I'm helping both a
seller and a buyer solve their problems.
