First off, I do not consider myself a Guru! I am just an everyday person much like yourself who desired more out of life than
I was currently living.
Just a few years ago, I was working a minimum of sixty hours a week, trying to support my family with a career that was
not my passion. I was making good money, but the stress of my job and the demands of my employer were taking their toll.
I always seemed to be on the road and I was sleeping better in hotels than I was in my own bed.
I knew there was a better way of living. I made a choice right then and there to follow my dreams to a better life. I've
always had a passion for Real Estate, and I decided this was the route I wanted to take. Real Estate has produced most of
the millionaires in the world, so I made it a point in life at this time to study how these people became wealthy in Real
Estate.
When I started investing in Real Estate, I probably bought every course, book, and tape set that I could to find on Real
Estate Investing. My hard earned dollars went directly to the TV guy, and anyone who happened to be in town touting the
latest and greatest secret for investing in Real Estate. I paid thousands of dollars to see them speak; attend special
classes, boot camps, and even conventions. I even met some of them personally.
The reality after spending all this money and studying all this information these so called Guru’s sold me, I was confused by
many of the ideas and techniques these Gurus taught me. On top of that, I was no closer living my dreams as a Real Estate
Investor and I sure did not have the lifestyle they were telling me I would have if I followed their advice.
What I ended up learning is there are many systems for doing Real Estate, and I knew there was one for me. I had to find
the one that one System that would work for me. Thats when I decided to take the best that I learned up to this point and
develop my own system.
I kept refining this system and making improvements. Before long, I was seeing the results of my hard work and things
were beginning to pay off.
I think one of the best lessons I learned at this time was determination and belief in myself! The older I get in life, the less
complicated I want my life! You can always get the money back, but you can never get the time back!
My goal was to pass this system on to my children, family and close friends so that they could repeat this System and
achieve the same results as I have. I wanted to give my children a fast start in life. That has what lead me to write the

These are the same Systems I use day in and day out, and these are the Systems that give me the lifestyle I want for my
